Teamman / Leader FOR Warehouse – Lubin We are looking for a person with experience to organize and supervise the work of a warehouse team. Payment - up to 9000 zł gross Schedule: 3 shifts, from Sunday to Friday: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00. Responsibilities: Organization of team work and adaptation of new employees. Training of employees and monitoring of task completion. Monitoring attendance and productivity. Interaction with the warehouse coordinator and management. Assisting employees in resolving current issues. Warehouse of goods for the Biedronka chain: food, vegetables, fruits, frozen goods and everyday goods. Temperature in work areas: from +3°C to +20°C. Requirements: Experience working in a warehouse or managing a team. Communicative Polish. Organizational abilities and responsibility. Estimated start of work - early November. Write Viber/Telegram
