Supervisor 2500 ₾ Duties: • Determination of daily work goals, taking into account the scope and priorities of tasks • Planning daily tasks and optimally distributing them to the team, taking into account their location, route, workload and deadlines • Monitoring the implementation of the planned goals and supporting the achievement of the planned results • Control of the team's workload and performance indicators, detecting differences between planned and actual results • Periodic summary of the results of the work process, evaluation of the performance of goals and planning of improvement measures, fixing initiatives Requirements: • Knowledge of office programs • Experience working in the direction of operational processes is desirable • Knowledge of the English language will be considered an advantage • Ability to think analytically, determine priorities in critical and force majeure situations, allocate resources effectively and make optimal decisions • High sense of responsibility and detail oriented • Organization, accuracy and ability to effectively manage time • Team work and effective communication skills We offer: • Work schedule: no more than 40 hours per week • Remuneration: 2500 GEL (Gross)
