Operations Associate (part time) Blueground is an international company specializing in medium to long-term rentals of fully furnished premium apartments. Our team in Prague is actively growing and we are currently looking for an Operations Associate - a responsible and independent person who will help with daily operational tasks, preparing apartments and maintaining Blueground quality standards. Main responsibilities: - Conducting inspections of apartments before and after guests stay, checking their condition and readiness for occupancy. - Assistance with onboarding new apartments: unpacking dishes, appliances and accessories, arranging items according to Blueground standards. - Installation, placement and collection of lockboxes (boxes for storing keys). - Assistance with the delivery, receipt and transportation of necessary items, equipment and materials between apartments. - Perform small operational tasks and assist the team with daily tasks. - If you have technical skills, assemble small furniture (chairs, bedside tables, etc.). Наша команда в Праге активно растёт, и сейчас мы ищем Operations Associate — ответственного и самостоятельного человека, который будет помогать с ежедневными операционными задачами, подготовкой квартир и поддержанием стандартов качества Blueground. Основные обязанности: - Проведение инспекций квартир до и после проживания гостей, проверка состояния и готовности к заселению. - Помощь при онбординге новых квартир: распаковка посуды, техники и аксессуаров, расстановка предметов согласно стандартам Blueground. - Установка, размещение и сбор локбоксов (боксов для хранения ключей). - Помощь с доставками, получением и перевозкой необходимых вещей, оборудования и материалов между квартирами. - Выполнение небольших операционных поручений и помощь команде в ежедневных задачах. - При наличии технических навыков — сборка небольшой мебели (стулья, тумбочки и т. д.).
