Category Regional Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Effective management of categories: development of product categories and ensuring growth of sales figures • Branch monitoring and visits: regular monitoring of regional branches, planning of visits and control of compliance with product standards of the relevant category • Control of standards and merchandising: monitoring of the correct placement of products (merchandising), price indicators and adherence to deadlines in branches • Management of balances and write-offs: daily control and analysis of balances, turnover and write-offs by category • Analysis and reporting: monthly analysis/reporting of work done and category sales by region • Team management and development: timely delivery/information of current processes and news in the company to team members; Taking care of the development of employees and the increase in the quality of work performance Requirements: • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position • Education, higher or professional • Knowledge and use of office programs • Knowledge of office programs, especially Excel, at the consumer level • Experience with 1C or other accounting/business programs is preferred • High accuracy and detail oriented • Ability to think analytically and logically • High sense of responsibility • Team management and coordination skills We offer: • Standardized work rate • Competitive remuneration • Ability to work in a friendly team
