IT Services Sales Manager| BlackStack Studio BlackStack Studio is expanding and recruiting a large international sales team. We have been developing digital products for business for a long time: web services, mobile and desktop applications, corporate systems and CRM, websites and online stores, bots and AI solutions. We are engaged in business process automation and integrations. We manage projects from idea and design to development, launch and support. Now we are entering new markets, expanding our team and preparing to open an office in Tbilisi. What to do: • Work with a dedicated base of potential clients and initiate conversations. • Clarify business objectives and present the studio’s services. • Conduct negotiations by correspondence, by phone or in online meetings. • Discuss proposals, work with objections and follow up on transactions until payment. • Record agreements and next actions in the client database. The studio provides a database of companies, materials and examples of solutions. The technical analysis of requests, preparation of proposals, calculation of costs and deadlines, development and implementation of projects is undertaken by the team. Who we are looking for: Managers with experience in cold sales, competent speech and negotiation skills. Independence and responsibility for agreements are important. Experience in selling IT services will be an advantage. Knowing different languages ​​will be a big advantage: you will be able to correspond and negotiate with local clients in their native language. English is also welcome. Translators and neural networks can be used in correspondence. Now the work is remote. For communication, we use our own accounts in instant messengers and social networks. We tailor correspondence, phone calls and online meetings to the client and your language skills. We discuss the terms of cooperation and the format of work at the interview. Кого ищем: Менеджеров с опытом холодных продаж, грамотной речью и навыками переговоров. Важны самостоятельность и ответственность за договорённости. Опыт продажи IT-услуг будет преимуществом. Знание разных языков будет большим преимуществом: вы сможете вести переписку и переговоры с местными клиентами на их родном языке. Английский также приветствуется. В переписке можно использовать переводчики и нейросети. Сейчас работа удалённая. Для общения используются собственные аккаунты в мессенджерах и социальных сетях.
