Selection Specialist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Managing the full cycle of the selection process for vacant positions in various industries • Clarifying the requirements of the vacancy with the client and determining the appropriate profile of the candidate • Search for candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, candidate databases and other professional platforms • Developing headhunting strategies and finding passive candidates • Evaluation of received resumes and determination of compliance of candidates' qualifications, experience and competencies with the requirements of the vacancy • Initial communication with candidates, conducting interviews and evaluating their professional experience and motivation • Introducing candidates to clients, preparing relevant profiles and making recommendations • Monitoring the progress of the selection process, providing feedback to the candidates and effective coordination of the process • Communicating regularly with clients and providing information about the selection process • Preparing job descriptions and communication materials to attract candidates and placing them on relevant platforms • Updating the candidate database and managing selection processes in the CRM system • Participation in improving the efficiency of the selection processes and achieving the overall goals of the team Requirements: • At least 1-year work experience in HR recruiting • Practical experience in finding, evaluating and interviewing candidates • Knowledge of English language at least B2 level • Ability to work with office programs • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Organization, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously • Selection experience in a variety of industries, including mid- and senior-level positions, is preferred • Experience with candidate management systems (ATS/CRM) is preferred We offer: • Work model: hybrid (3 days a week from the office, 2 days from home) • Work schedule: Monday-Friday; 10:00-19:00
