Senior Sales Manager/Sales Team Leader 1500 - 7500 ₾ Duties: • Managing the full sales cycle and conducting effective negotiations with customers • Managing the team's daily activities, operational and managerial issues • Setting sales plans, monitoring performance and analyzing results • Optimization of processes and effective management of current issues • Attracting new clients and deepening relations with existing partners Requirements: • Experience of working in a senior position in the field of sales • Team or process management (Management) experience • Strong leadership and negotiation skills • Orientation to results, high sense of responsibility and organization We offer: Schedule: from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 - 19:00 • Location: Tbilisi, 24 Alexander Kazbegi Ave • Remuneration: fixed 1,500 GEL + bonus (2,000 - 6,000 GEL)
