Architect Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Development of architectural projects from concept to construction documentation • Effective communication and coordination with related specialists (constructor, MEP engineers and others) • Project agreement with relevant agencies • Management of projects in BIM environment • Preparation of technical and construction documentation • Architectural supervision of the ongoing construction process Requirements: • Higher education in architecture • At least 5 years of experience working on architectural projects • Ability to independently manage projects — from concept to construction documentation • Experience working in BIM environment Mandatory programs: Archicad, BIM workflow, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) • Preferred programs: Revit, 3d Max, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine • High sense of responsibility • Organization and attention to details • Ability to work in a team • Good communication skills • Effective time management • Desire for professional development • Georgian • English
