Operations Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Planning, organizing and managing the daily operational activities of the company • Controlling the processes of receiving orders, processing and delivery • Organizing, managing and controlling the work process of the courier team • Participation in the process of selecting and attracting couriers • Finding partner facilities — restaurants, shops and other businesses — and managing relationships with them • Customer service quality control • Timely resolution of problematic cases of customers and partners • Establishment and continuous improvement of the company's internal operational processes • Organizing and controlling the work process of the team • Monitoring of the company's key operating indicators (KPI). • Control of costs, service quality and operational efficiency • Monitoring of market and competitors activities • Cooperation with the management of the company in the direction of business development • Active participation in the process of growth and expansion of the company • Managing the process of selection and adaptation of new employees, if necessary Requirements: • Experience working in a managerial position • Experience in operations, service, logistics, courier or similar will be considered an advantage • Ability to manage and organize a team • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently • Ability to make decisions independently • High sense of responsibility • Organization and detail oriented • Results-oriented approach • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment • Knowledge of English or Turkish at a high level — mandatory (knowledge of at least one of the languages) • Knowledge of office programs We offer: • The opportunity to work in a new and rapidly developing Georgian project • An important role in the development and expansion of the company • Ability to take high responsibility and make decisions • The possibility of professional and career development • Fixed salary - according to the candidate's experience and qualifications
