Manager of a chain of beauty salons We are looking for a manager who will take over the operational management of the salons: build coordinated team work, ensure order in processes and be responsible for the implementation of plans. What you have to answer for • Work of salons: coordination of daily processes, compliance with service standards and prompt resolution of emerging issues. • Team: selection and induction of employees, distribution of responsibilities, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation. • Indicators: implementation of plans, analysis of salon performance and search for opportunities for growth. • Materials and purchasing: timely replenishment of stocks, control of material consumption and organization of inventories. • Finance: control of income and expenses, preparation of management and financial reporting. • Documents: order in contracts, registers and regulations, tracking deadlines and timely transfer of a complete set of documents to the accounting department. • Development: implementing changes that improve the quality of service and network efficiency. Who do we want on the team? A manager with at least two years of management experience who knows how to organize people’s work and build a clear system of responsibility. Experience in the service sector or network business will be an advantage. Important for us: • Czech and English languages at level B2 and above. • Ability to work with financial indicators and evaluate the results of your decisions. • Independence within the limits of one's powers. • Ability to combine demanding behavior with constructive communication. • Attention to numbers, documents and deadlines. • Willingness to take responsibility for a task - from the first decision to the final result. Управляющая сетью салонов красоты Ищем руководителя, который возьмёт на себя операционное управление салонами: выстроит слаженную работу команды, обеспечит порядок в процессах и будет отвечать за выполнение планов. За что предстоит отвечать • Работа салонов: координация ежедневных процессов, соблюдение стандартов сервиса и оперативное решение возникающих вопросов. • Команда: подбор и ввод в должность сотрудников, распределение обязанностей, постановка задач и контроль их выполнения. • Показатели: выполнение планов, анализ результатов работы салонов и поиск возможностей для роста. • Материалы и закупки: своевременное пополнение запасов, контроль расходования материалов и организация инвентаризаций. • Финансы: контроль доходов и расходов, подготовка управленческой и финансовой отчётности. • Документы: порядок в договорах, реестрах и регламентах, отслеживание сроков и своевременная передача полного комплекта документов в бухгалтерию. • Развитие: внедрение изменений, которые повышают качество обслуживания и эффективность работы сети. Кого мы хотим видеть в команде Руководителя с опытом управления от двух лет, который умеет организовать работу людей и выстроить понятную систему ответственности. Опыт в сфере услуг или сетевом бизнесе будет преимуществом. Для нас важны: • Чешский и английский языки на уровне B2 и выше. • Умение работать с финансовыми показателями и оценивать результат своих решений. • Самостоятельность в пределах своих полномочий. • Способность сочетать требовательность с конструктивным общением. • Внимательность к цифрам, документам и срокам. • Готовность брать ответственность за задачу — от первого решения до конечного результата.
