We are looking for an accountant-calculator for food production in Yerevan. Basic accounting program: 1C. Responsibilities: • Maintaining commodity and warehouse accounting in 1C. • Creation and updating of technological and costing cards. • Calculation of the cost of dishes and semi-finished products. • Control of purchase prices and cost changes. • Carrying out receipts, transfers, product releases and write-offs. • Checking invoices and the correctness of primary documents. • Control of balances, identification of negative balances and accounting errors. • Carrying out inventories, reconciling actual and accounting balances. • Analysis of shortages, surpluses and reasons for discrepancies. • Preparation of reports on cost, product movement and write-offs. • Interaction with the chef, production, purchasing and accounting. Requirements: • Experience as an accountant-calculator in public catering. • Confident knowledge of 1C and Excel. • Knowledge of warehouse and production accounting. • Understanding of the standards for laying, yield of dishes, losses during cold and heat processing. • Ability to work with technological maps and semi-finished products. • Attentiveness, responsibility and adherence to deadlines. Обязанности: • Ведение товарного и складского учёта в 1С. • Создание и обновление технологических и калькуляционных карт. • Расчёт себестоимости блюд и полуфабрикатов. • Контроль закупочных цен и изменений себестоимости. • Проведение поступлений, перемещений, выпусков продукции и списаний. • Проверка накладных и корректности первичных документов. • Контроль остатков, выявление отрицательных остатков и ошибок учёта. • Проведение инвентаризаций, сверка фактических и учётных остатков. • Разбор недостач, излишков и причин расхождений. • Подготовка отчётов по себестоимости, движению продуктов и списаниям. • Взаимодействие с шеф-поваром, производством, закупками и бухгалтерией. Требования: • Опыт работы бухгалтером-калькулятором в общественном питании. • Уверенное владение 1С и Excel. • Знание складского и производственного учёта. • Понимание норм закладки, выхода блюд, потерь при холодной и тепловой обработке. • Умение работать с технологическими картами и полуфабрикатами. • Внимательность, ответственность и соблюдение сроков.
