Graphic / Digital Designer We are looking for a designer to join the Belograd Academy team. We need a person who can work quickly, accurately and be available during the working day. Format: remotely, if necessary, meetings in the office in Prague Employment: full-time What to do: - create and adapt visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit and Telegram; - understand the specifics of different formats: Posts, Stories, Reels/Shorts, carousels, covers, etc.; - work with photos and perform basic video editing; - quickly make changes to existing layouts; - prepare digital and print materials; - issue certificates, badges and materials for course participants; - work with the existing Belograd corporate identity. What's important: - confident work with Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma / Canva or analogues; • good sense of composition and typography; • attention to detail; • ability to work with ready-made styles and templates; - speed, responsibility and willingness to be in touch during the working day. It will be a plus: • experience working with AI tools. • experience working with social networks. Growth prospects: We have two big projects: Belograd Academy and a dental clinic. The main role will remain designer, but with good work you can gradually expand the area of ​​responsibility and grow further within the team. Over time, you can move to a more independent role: not only create and adapt visuals, but also independently lead individual areas and sites, participate in working with the site, planning content and developing the visual style of both projects. As responsibility increases, the level of payment will also be revised. Формат: удаленно, при необходимости встречи в офисе в Праге Занятость: full-time Что нужно делать: - создавать и адаптировать визуалы для Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit и Telegram; - понимать специфику разных форматов: Posts, Stories, Reels/Shorts, карусели, обложки и т.д.; - работать с фото и выполнять базовый видеомонтаж; - быстро вносить правки в существующие макеты; - готовить digital- и print-материалы; - оформлять сертификаты, бейджи и материалы для участников курсов; - работать с существующим фирменным стилем Belograd. Будет плюсом: • опыт работы с AI-инструментами. • опыт работы с соцсетями. Перспективы роста: У нас есть два больших проекта: Belograd Academy и стоматологическая клиника. Основная роль останется дизайнерской, но при хорошей работе можно постепенно расширять зону ответственности и расти дальше внутри команды. Со временем можно перейти к более самостоятельной роли: не только создавать и адаптировать визуалы, но и самостоятельно вести отдельные направления и площадки, участвовать в работе с сайтом, планировании контента и развитии визуального стиля обоих проектов. С ростом ответственности будет пересматриваться и уровень оплаты.
