Head of Production 3500 - 4500 ₾ Duties: • Daily and weekly planning of production, determination of order priorities and equipment load • Assignment of tasks to employees and performance control • Conducting production in accordance with approved recipes and technical cards • Collaborate with warehouse and production technologist to ensure availability of required materials • Control of product quality, material consumption and production losses • Monitoring of equipment performance and coordination of technical services • Control of compliance with work discipline and labor safety rules • Reporting to management on production results, delays and needs Requirements: • Manufacturing experience is required, experience in carton packaging or printing production would be an advantage • Team management experience • Work planning and prioritization • Read and use technical documentation • Quick and practical approach to problem solving • Organization and detail oriented • High level of responsibility • Ability to coordinate the team with different departments • Effective time management • Strong communication and negotiation skills We offer: • The possibility of professional development • Friendly and dynamic work environment • The possibility of career growth
