Hi all! There are 2 positions in the financial department - Finance Manager and Finance Account Manager. Office in Belgrade, official registration. The position is open in the financial and accounting department of the ecosystem, which is responsible for maintaining mutual settlements and receivables for partners related to the company. The team currently supports three areas, and their number will increase as the business grows, which is why positions are open What to do: Conduct regular financial settlements with partners in accordance with the approved methodology and commercial terms Check the completeness and correctness of the source data, prepare the calculation base, calculation files and reporting Check the correct application of commercial conditions (rates, commissions, discounts, bonuses and other individual conditions) Conduct recalculations when initial data or commercial conditions change Conduct financial reconciliations, identify and analyze discrepancies, including comparing financial and gaming data Collaborate with related departments to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies Prepare analytical materials on the dynamics of financial indicators, deviations and the impact of commercial conditions on the financial result Prepare additional financial reporting and materials as requested by internal stakeholders Comply with established SLA and quality standards for calculations Participate in the optimization and automation of financial processes, testing new solutions and introducing new settlement processes What's important: 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, auditing or related fields Confident knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, data search and comparison, working with large data sets Confident work with office applications (MS Office/Google Workspace) Skills in working with financial and operational reports, conducting reconciliations and data analysis Ability to work with large volumes of information and identify discrepancies and anomalies Experience with corporate information systems and internal financial instruments English at level A2-B1: ability to read and understand the terms of a contract in English Terms - Official registration according to the Labor Code of Serbia - Office work format 5/2 with a flexible start of the working day from 8:00 to 10:00 - Corporate breakfasts and lunches in the office - Vacation - 20 working days - 4 days off per year - Paid sick leave in accordance with labor laws - Partial compensation for rental housing (500 euros after 3 months of work) - Corporate sports (fitness, sections, events) - Annual bonus based on performance - External and internal professional training - Partial compensation for English classes - Corporate events for employees - Referral program If interested, send your resume to me in telegram, I’ll be glad to chat!
