Chief Accountant Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Preparing and sending primary documentation (invoices, acceptance-handover certificates, bank statements), receiving, checking and processing in accounting software • Management, control and periodic comparison acts of receivables and payables • Accounting of fixed assets and supplies, participation in the inventory process • Cash register and cash control • Production of bank transfers and reflection in the accounting program • Preparation of monthly and annual tax declarations (VAT, income, profit, property, etc.) and submission to RS.ge • Constant monitoring of changes in the Tax Code of Georgia and bringing them into compliance with the company's activities • Liaising with tax authorities (Revenue Service) and supporting audit/verification processes • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) • Managing financial communication with banks, auditors and foreign partners • Payroll, compensation packages and pension contributions administration Requirements: • Higher education in finance, accounting or economics • Acca certification (or in process) • At least 3-5 years of experience as an accountant (preferably in a medium or large company/accounting outsourcing company) • Deep knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and international financial accounting standards (Ifrs/Ifrs for SMEs). • Possession of accounting programs at a high level (eg Oris, 1C, Apex, InfoEnterprise, Fina, SAP) • Experience of working independently and without errors on the RS.ge portal • Mastery of MS Excel at a high level (Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis) • Detail oriented and high sense of responsibility • Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems quickly • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines We offer: • Competitive salary (depending on experience) • Financing of professional development and trainings • Opportunity for career growth

მთავარი ბუღალტერი ხელფასი შეთანხმებით. მოვალეობები: • პირველადი დოკუმენტაციის (ინვოისები, მიღება-ჩაბარების აქტები, საბანკო ამონაწერები) მომზადება და გადაგზავნა, მიღება, შემოწმება და გატარება საბუღალტრო პროგრამაში • დებიტორული და კრედიტორული დავალიანებების მართვა, კონტროლი და პერიოდული შედარების აქტების გაფორმება • ძირითადი საშუალებებისა და მარაგების აღრიცხვა, ინვენტარიზაციის პროცესში მონაწილეობა • სალაროსა და ნაღდი ფულის კონტროლი • საბანკო გადარიცხვების წარმოება და საბუღალტრო პროგრამაში ასახვა • ყოველთვიური და წლიური საგადასახადო დეკლარაციების (დღგ, საშემოსავლო, მოგება, ქონება და ა.შ.) მომზადება და RS.ge-ზე წარდგენა • საქართველოს საგადასახადო კოდექსის ცვლილებების მუდმივი მონიტორინგი და კომპანიის საქმიანობასთან შესაბამისობაში მოყვანა • საგადასახადო ორგანოებთან (შემოსავლების სამსახური) ურთიერთობა და აუდიტის/შემოწმების პროცესების მხარდაჭერა • თვიური, კვარტალური და წლიური ფინანსური ანგარიშგებების (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) მომზადება • ბანკებთან, აუდიტორებთან და საგარეო პარტნიორებთან ფინანსური კომუნიკაციის წარმართვა • ხელფასების დარიცხვა, საკომპენსაციო პაკეტებისა და საპენსიო შენატანების ადმინისტრირება მოთხოვნები: • უმაღლესი განათლება ფინანსების, ბუღალტერიის ან ეკონომიკის მიმართულებით • Acca სერტიფიკაცია (ან პროცესში ყოფნა) • მინიმუმ 3-5-წლიანი გამოცდილება ბუღალტრის პოზიციაზე (სასურველია საშუალო ან დიდ კომპანიაში/საბუღალტრო აუტსორსინგულ კომპანიაში) • საქართველოს საგადასახადო კანონმდებლობისა და ფინანსური აღრიცხვის საერთაშორისო სტანდარტების (Ifrs/Ifrs for SMEs) ღრმა ცოდნა • საბუღალტრო პროგრამების მაღალ დონეზე ფლობა (მაგ.
