Medical Representative/Manager 1500 ₾ Duties: • Finding clinics, medical facilities and potential partners in Batumi and Adjara region; Planning visits and communication with the existing ones, recording the results and periodic reporting • Organization and control of daily operational activities of the branch • Control of the process of receiving patients, registration and production of relevant documentation • Constant monitoring of the balance of consumables and other necessary resources • Coordination and management of activities of employees employed in the branch • Control of service quality, work processes and internal standards • Constant communication and reporting with head office and central laboratory as needed Requirements: • Higher education (medical, biological, pharmaceutical, management or business will be considered an advantage) • Experience working as a medical representative, sales manager or branch manager • Knowledge of the medical field, laboratory diagnostics or healthcare sector is preferred • Effective negotiation, presentation and sales skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Category B driver's license and active driving experience will be considered an important advantage • Responsibility and discipline • Leadership and organizational skills • Ability to quickly identify and effectively solve problems • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Analytical thinking We offer: • Professional and friendly working environment • Professional development opportunities — training, learning and career advancement opportunities • Modern and organized work process • Ability to use laboratory services under special conditions, including for family members • FitPass program
