Order Administrator We are looking for an administrator to work with users and excursion organizers. There are no sales or cold calls - only support for already placed orders. Tasks Conduct transactions in amoCRM: update order statuses and parameters Help users: respond to messages and letters, call regarding current orders, arrange transfers Organize excursions: book tickets and order transport Communicate with the organizers: clarify the schedule and prices, resolve operational issues Update the schedule in the site’s administrative panel Requirements Work experience from 1 year Experience with CRM systems Confident knowledge of simple services: Google Drive, Telegram Competent written language and clear oral communication Proficiency in business correspondence General understanding of how marketplaces work Fluency in Russian; no other languages required Terms Salary: $1000–1400 in hand Work remotely Schedule 5/2, working day - 8 hours Contacts: Write in private messages

Администратор заказов Ищем администратора для работы с пользователями и организаторами экскурсий. Продаж и холодных звонков нет - только сопровождение уже оформленных заказов.
