Head of the dental laboratory 5000 ₾ Duties: • Managing the daily work process of the dental laboratory • Proper distribution of work among technicians • Production schedule and workload control • Final quality control of performed works • Communication with doctors on technical issues • Technical planning of complex clinical cases • Organization and development of CAD/CAM workflow • Using Exocad / 3Shape and controlling team work • Knowledge of milling, 3D printing, zirconia, Pmma, lithium disilicate, ceramic and other modern technologies • Analysis of the causes of repeated errors and implementation of corrective action • Organization of professional development of technicians • Participation in the selection and adaptation of new employees • Control of the rational use of materials and technical resources • Creation of laboratory quality standards and working protocols Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience working in a dental laboratory • Experience working in a managerial position is desirable (not mandatory) • Strong practical experience in prosthetics • Good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems • Exocad or 3Shape hands-on experience • Knowledge of modern digital dental workflow • Ability to control high quality • Experience working with a team and managing a team • Ability to communicate professionally with doctors • Responsibility, organization and ability to solve problems independently We offer: • Remuneration: from 5000 GEL according to experience and qualifications
