Head of Production Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Complete management and control of the daily production process of the enterprise • Drawing up a production plan, ensuring its timely and complete execution • Planning production lines, shifts and effective workload of employees • Managing a production team of 40+ employees, including coordinating shift supervisors and foremen • Continuous monitoring of production volume, productivity and workforce efficiency • Control of consumption of raw materials, losses and waste • Analysis and optimization of production factors affecting the cost of products • Ensuring strict adherence to recipes and technological processes together with the technological service • Close cooperation with quality and food safety service • Ensuring compliance with sanitary, hygienic and food safety requirements • Ensuring labor and technological discipline in production • Production personnel management, evaluation, development and necessary resource planning • Coordination with the technical service to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment and scheduled maintenance • Daily, weekly and monthly analysis of production indicators and reporting to management • Initiating and implementing projects to increase production efficiency and reduce losses Requirements: • At least 3-5 years of experience in a management position in a food industry production company • Experience of directly managing a production team of at least 40 employees • Practical knowledge of technological and operational processes of food production • Experience in production planning and KPI management • Ability to analyze productivity, losses and cost • Experience in working with quality and food safety requirements in production • Strong managerial and organizational skills • Good working knowledge of Excel and production reporting systems We offer: • An important managerial position in a stable and developing food production company • Real authority to make decisions • The possibility of professional development • Competitive remuneration according to the candidate's experience and qualifications • The possibility of a bonus system based on results
