Chief Engineer Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Management of the technical/installation service, coordinating the activities of engineers and manufacturers and ensuring the smooth operation of the service • Based on communication with the customer, identifying his needs and formalizing them in writing • Defining and clarifying technical requirements, drawing up complex technical requirements and confirming the technical part of the purchase-installation agreement • Administration of projects from the signing of the contract to the handover of the object to the customer • Processing of object drawings and work schedules together with the case producer • Planning and distribution of personnel and material resources according to facilities, production of a database of mechanics and electricians • Management of the activities of the installation crews, acceptance of the shaft prepared by the builder and constant control of the installation progress at the site • Day-to-day comparison of planned and actual works and ensuring the execution of works within the schedule • Control of compliance of actual costs with the planned through CRM • Ensuring compliance with the EN 81 standard and safety norms at facilities, correcting violations identified by the quality department • Analysis of identified gaps and risks and preparation of relevant recommendations in writing • Accounting of the actual condition of objects, performed works, used materials and working time in CRM • Preparing statistics, reports and conclusions and providing regular information to the technical director • Maintaining a friendly business relationship with the customer, regularly informing about the progress of the project and recording the results of the meetings in writing. • Receiving the finished object, signing the acceptance-handover acts with the customer, preparing the final documentation (passport, declaration, certificate) and handing over the object to the service department. • Finding and implementing new technologies in the technical field • Performing other tasks as directed by the company's management, which serve to achieve the company's strategic and operational goals Requirements: • Higher technical education (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or construction direction) • At least 5 years of work experience in the direction of installation of elevators, escalators, parking or other engineering systems or management of construction projects • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position, experience in managing teams and installation crews • Technical knowledge of electricity and mechanics, ability to read technical drawings • Knowledge of EN 81 standard and labor safety norms (desirable) • Experience in project planning, schedule and budget control • Knowledge of MS Office • Experience with AutoCAD and CRM systems is desirable • Knowledge of English and Russian languages • Driving license is preferred • Organized, team management and decision-making, quick resolution of problems and conflicts, ability to work in a stressful environment and a high sense of responsibility We offer: • Fixed + bonus (the specific amount of compensation and bonuses is determined on the basis of negotiation)
