Social worker Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Case management • Finding resources for the beneficiary youth and connecting them with the necessary resources • Organization and facilitation of youth meetings of the target group of the project • Organization of individual and group sessions with target groups • Managing case(s) together with the multidisciplinary team (social worker, psychologist and employment consultant) created within the framework of the project • Proper storage and documentation of information on current and closed cases • Work in the electronic database system and production of relevant statistics • Depending on the goals of the project, ensuring the proper involvement of the beneficiary youth of the project, including the organizations participating in the project • Ensuring effective communication with members of the project team, as well as partner organizations involved in the project, within the scope of authority • Preparation of reports on the activities performed • Participation in various educational events and professional supervision meetings organized within the project Requirements: • Higher education in social work • At least 2 years of experience working with youth, vulnerable children and families, the community (practice period of the academic degree of social work will be considered as experience) • Ability to identify interests, potential and needs of beneficiaries, as well as support them • Ability to support and empathize with beneficiaries • Ability to communicate effectively, build and maintain relationships based on trust • Ability to maintain self-control and professional composure in stressful and challenging situations • Ability of strategic planning and effective organization of work • Ability to work as a team and cooperate • Professional writing skills • Knowledge of office computer programs We offer: • Interesting and responsible work • Pleasant working environment
