Workshop master 1,500 - 2,000 € Respond Requirements: from 3 years of experience as a manager or shift supervisor, master of a workshop or section at a machine-building or metal-working enterprise, understanding of production flows, experience in dispatching orders and working with route maps, experience in managing a team of workers (PCB operators, adjusters, fitters), the ability to maintain discipline and resolve conflicts, the ability to read complex machine-building drawings, understanding the specifics of metalworking and requirements for the quality of details, responsibility, stress resistance, speed in decision-making, orientation to the implementation of the plan. Responsibilities: planning and control of the implementation of shift and daily production plans, compliance with weekly and monthly schedules, drawing up staff turnover schedules, operational management of the production process during the shift: dispatching orders, control of the movement of parts in the departments, organization of shift work: distribution of tasks among workers, control of discipline, workload and efficiency of the team, control of product quality, interaction with the technical control department during the inspection and delivery of finished products, participation in preparing production for the launch of new projects, solving technical issues together with process engineers, preparing assemblies and parts for transfer to external cooperation or inter-district processing, ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with occupational health and safety rules during shifts.

Майстер цеху 1 500 - 2 000 € Відгукнутись Вимоги: від 3 років досвіду на посаді керівника або начальника зміни, майстра цеху чи дільниці на машинобудівному або металообробному підприємстві, розуміння виробничих потоків, досвід диспетчеризації замовлень і роботи з маршрутними картами, досвід керування колективом робітників (оператори ЧПК, наладчики, слюсарі), вміння підтримувати дисципліну та вирішувати конфлікти, вміння читати складні машинобудівні креслення, розуміння специфіки металообробки та вимог до якості деталей, відповідальність, стресостійкість, швидкість у прийнятті рішень, орієнтація на виконання плану. Обов'язки: планування та контроль виконання змінних і денних планів виробництва, дотримання тижневих і місячних графіків, складання графіків змінності персоналу, оперативне управління виробничим процесом протягом зміни: диспетчеризація замовлень, контроль руху деталей по дільницях, організація роботи зміни: розподіл завдань між робітниками, контроль дисципліни, завантаженості та ефективності команди, контроль якості продукції, взаємодія з відділом технічного контролю під час перевірки та видачі готових виробів, участь у підготовці виробництва до запуску нових проєктів, вирішення технічних питань разом з інженерами-технологами, підготовка вузлів і деталей до передачі на зовнішню кооперацію або міждільничну обробку, забезпечення порядку, чистоти та дотримання правил охорони праці й техніки безпеки під час зміни.
