Content Creator Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Developing and implementing content ideas for the company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin). • Photo and video content planning, shooting and processing • Creation and editing of short videos • Participation in the preparation of creative and interesting texts for social media • Participation in the development and implementation of the monthly content calendar • Participation in coverage of construction projects, current works and company news • Participation in the creation of visual and video content for advertising campaigns • Adapting content to the specifics of different social media platforms • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on content planning and creation • Analyze results of published content and identify opportunities for improvement Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience in content creation • Knowledge of content formats and specifics of social networks • Practical experience in video shooting and editing • Knowledge of video editing programs (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or others). • Knowledge of Canva or other visual content creation programs • Ability to write interesting and effective texts for social media • Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas independently • Fluent Georgian speaking and writing • Organization, responsibility and ability to work in a team • Experience creating content in the real estate, architecture or development sector • Experience working with professional camera and video recording equipment • Knowledge of the principles of creating video scenarios and Storytelling We offer: • Remuneration: negotiable - depending on experience
