Sales development manager for bakery We are looking for a proactive manager who will help develop bakery sales in the Czech Republic. It is necessary to find new clients, agree on cooperation and launch new sales channels - from the supply of bread and pastries to coffee shops and hotels to orders for offices, events and an online store. Bakery, food service, or grocery sales experience is a plus, but not required. For us, initiative, the ability to communicate with people and the willingness to independently look for opportunities and bring agreements to the first orders are more important. Main tasks • Develop B2B sales of bread and pastries to coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, shops and other establishments. • Search for and connect new corporate clients: contact owners, managers and buyers, hold meetings and tastings, prepare proposals and negotiate. • Develop cooperation with online platforms and delivery services in the Czech Republic, such as Wolt, Bolt Food and Rohlik.cz, as well as other suitable platforms. Our ideal candidate • Fluent in Czech at the level of a local resident: confidently communicates with Czech clients orally and in writing. • Knows English at a working level. • Energetic, independent and proactive: he does not wait for ready-made leads, but looks for clients and opportunities himself. • Able to communicate, present a product and negotiate.
