Production Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Daily, weekly and monthly production planning/coordination and performance control • Organization of the production process from the reception of raw materials to the manufacture of finished products, processing and transfer to the appropriate stage • Monitoring the technological process of fiber concrete/GRC production and ensuring compliance with established technological parameters • Cost control of raw materials, inert materials, cement, fiber/reinforcement materials, additives and other production resources • Organization of effective use of forms, molds, equipment and production inventory • Control of mixing, casting/spraying, vibration/compaction, solidification, demolding, processing and final processing stages — according to the technology used in the enterprise • cooperation with the quality control process of products; Identify the causes of defects, complaints and recurring problems and plan corrective actions • Rapid identification of production delays and technological problems and coordination of their elimination with relevant responsible persons • Timely identification of the needs of scheduled maintenance and repair works of the equipment and coordination with the technical team • Work allocation, shift/workload planning, performance control and discipline of production staff • Organizing integration of new employees into the work process and familiarization with work instructions • Production of production accounting, production quantities, consumption of raw materials, losses and complaints • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management: production volume, plan execution, losses, complaints, delays and required resources • Coordination with warehouse, procurement, logistics, quality control, technical service and project team • Development of production process improvement initiatives — to optimize time, materials, labor resources, and energy costs • Compliance with production documentation and internal procedures and participation in improvement Requirements: • Higher education in engineering, production management, technology or construction • At least 3 years of experience in production, enterprise management or coordination of technological processes • Good knowledge of Excel; Production accounting and data analysis skills • Ability to work with a team and manage people effectively • Ability to quickly identify problems, determine the cause and provide practical solutions • Knowledge of labor safety requirements and a responsible attitude towards their fulfillment • Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language We offer: • не указано

წარმოების მენეჯერი ხელფასი შეთანხმებით. მოვალეობები: • წარმოების ყოველდღიური, კვირეული და თვიური გეგმის შედგენა/კოორდინაცია და შესრულების კონტროლი • წარმოების პროცესის ორგანიზება ნედლეულის მიღებიდან მზა პროდუქციის დამზადებამდე, დამუშავებამდე და შესაბამის ეტაპზე გადაცემამდე • ფიბრობეტონის/GRC წარმოების ტექნოლოგიური პროცესის მონიტორინგი და დადგენილ ტექნოლოგიურ პარამეტრებთან შესაბამისობის უზრუნველყოფა • ნედლეულის, ინერტული მასალების, ცემენტის, ბოჭკოს/არმირების მასალების, დანამატებისა და სხვა საწარმოო რესურსების ხარჯვის კონტროლი • ფორმების, ყალიბების, დანადგარებისა და საწარმოო ინვენტარის ეფექტიანი გამოყენების ორგანიზება • შერევის, ჩამოსხმის/შესხურების, ვიბრაციის/დატკეპნის, გამაგრების, ყალიბიდან მოხსნის, დამუშავებისა და საბოლოო დამუშავების ეტაპების კონტროლი — საწარმოში გამოყენებული ტექნოლოგიის შესაბამისად • პროდუქციის ხარისხის კონტროლის პროცესთან თანამშრომლობა; დეფექტების, წუნისა და განმეორებადი პრობლემების მიზეზების იდენტიფიცირება და გამოსწორების ღონისძიებების დაგეგმვა • წარმოების შეფერხებებისა და ტექნოლოგიური პრობლემების სწრაფი იდენტიფიცირება და შესაბამის პასუხისმგებელ პირებთან მათი აღმოფხვრის კოორდინაცია • დანადგარების გეგმური ტექნიკური მომსახურებისა და სარემონტო სამუშაოების საჭიროებების დროული გამოვლენა და ტექნიკურ გუნდთან კოორდინაცია • წარმოების პერსონალის სამუშაოების განაწილება, ცვლების/დატვირთვის დაგეგმვა, შესრულების კონტროლი და დისციპლინის უზრუნველყოფა • ახალი თანამშრომლების სამუშაო პროცესში ინტეგრაციისა და სამუშაო ინსტრუქციების გაცნობის ორგანიზება • საწარმოო აღრიცხვის, წარმოებული რაოდენობების, ნედლეულის ხარჯვის, დანაკარგებისა და წუნის შესახებ მონაცემების წარმოება • ყოველდღიური/კვირეული ანგარიშგების მომზადება ხელმძღვანელობისთვის: წარმოების მოცულობა, გეგმის შესრულება, დანაკარგები, წუნი, შეფერხებები და საჭირო რესურსები • საწყობთან, შესყიდვებთან, ლოჯისტიკასთან, ხარისხის კონტროლთან, ტექნიკურ სამსახურთან და პროექტების გუნდთან კოორდინაცია • წარმოების პროცესის გაუმჯობესების ინიციატივების შემუშავება — დროის, მასალების, შრომითი რესურსებისა და ენერგიის დანახარჯების ოპტიმიზაციის მიზნით • საწარმოო დოკუმენტაციისა და შიდა პროცედურების დაცვა და გაუმჯობესებაში მონაწილეობა მოთხოვნები: • უმაღლესი განათლება ინჟინერიის, წარმოების მართვის, ტექნოლოგიის ან მშენებლობის მიმართულებით • წარმოებაში, საწარმოს მართვაში ან ტექნოლოგიური პროცესების კოორდინაციაში მინიმუმ 3-წლიანი გამოცდილება • Excel-ის კარგი ცოდნა; საწარმოო აღრიცხვისა და მონაცემების ანალიზის უნარი • გუნდთან მუშაობისა და ადამიანების ეფექტურად მართვის უნარი • პრობლემების სწრაფად იდენტიფიცირების, მიზეზის დადგენისა და პრაქტიკული გადაწყვეტის უნარი • შრომის უსაფრთხოების მოთხოვნების ცოდნა და მათი შესრულების მიმართ პასუხისმგებლობიანი დამოკიდებულება • ქართული ენის სრულყოფილი ცოდნა ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • ને указано
