Project Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Planning, organizing and managing renovation projects • Compilation of work schedules and performance control • Coordination of subcontractors and working groups • Control of the quality, volumes and deadlines of the works • Project budget management and cost analysis • Planning and organizing materials and resource needs • Communication with customers and project team • Preparation of acts and reports of performed works Requirements: • Education in the direction of civil construction • At least 2 years of work experience in the management of renovation projects • Ability to read design drawings and cost estimates • Knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD and/or Revit and hands-on experience working with design drawings • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project • Organization, sense of responsibility and leadership skills • Effective communication and problem solving skills We offer: • Work schedule: full time • Remuneration: negotiable, according to experience and qualifications • Opportunity for professional development • Modern and professional working environment
