Head of Operations / COO (Fintech / PSP & Crypto) Format: Full-time, Remote Tasks: • Build and regulate the company’s operational processes: areas of responsibility, the order of inter-team interaction (Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Sales) and escalation chains. • Build a regular management rhythm: conducting daily/weekly synchronization, setting and monitoring the execution of KPI/OKR. • Monitor the stability of the movement of funds and payment transactions together with the financial team: reconciliation, settlements with providers and merchants, balancing crypto-fiat liquidity, reserves and payments. • Ensure fault tolerance of operations: development of regulations for responding to acquiring failures, payment delays, provider restrictions and incidents. • Implement dashboards, end-to-end analytics and reporting systems for timely identification of operational deviations. • Use AI tools and automation to reduce routine operations, generate regulations and speed up processes. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in senior operational positions (Head of Operations, COO, Operations Director) in large PSPs, high-risk fintechs, payment gateways or crypto wallets. • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure: cards, Iban, wallets, processing, working with high-risk merchants and payment providers. • Practical experience in working with cryptocurrency flows (crypto flows, stablecoins, crypto/fiat reconciliation). • Strong hands-on background: readiness at the first stage to personally understand the details, write regulations and control execution. • Experience in building goal-setting systems and metrics (KPI/OKR), the ability to link operational indicators with business P&L. • Experience in implementing AI tools and automation into operations. • English - Upper-Intermediate / Fluent (working with international partners and team). Conditions: • Reward for a trial period (2 months) in cryptocurrency (Usdt); final conditions and bonuses are discussed based on the interview results. • Registration through a legal entity of the company (Cyprus, Poland, Spain). • A real prospect of moving to the position of CEO of the group based on the results of building the operational contour.

Head of Operations / COO (Fintech / PSP & Crypto) Формат: Full-time, Remote Задачи: • Построить и регламентировать операционные процессы компании: зоны ответственности, порядок межкомандного взаимодействия (Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Sales) и цепочки эскалаций. • Выстроить регулярный управленческий ритм: проведение daily/weekly синхронизаций, постановка и контроль исполнения KPI/OKR. • Контролировать стабильность движения средств и платежные операции совместно с финансовой командой: сверки (reconciliation), расчеты с провайдерами и мерчантами, балансировка crypto-fiat ликвидности, резервы и выплаты. • Обеспечить отказоустойчивость операций: разработка регламентов реагирования на сбои эквайринга, задержки выплат, ограничения провайдеров и инциденты. • Внедрить дашборды, систему сквозной аналитики и отчётности для своевременного выявления операционных отклонений. • Использовать AI-инструменты и автоматизацию для сокращения рутинных операций, генерации регламентов и ускорения процессов. Требования: • 4+ года опыта на руководящих операционных позициях (Head of Operations, COO, Operations Director) в крупных PSP, high-risk финтехе, платежных шлюзах или крипто-кошельках. • Глубокое понимание инфраструктуры платежей: карты, Iban, кошельки, процессинг, работа с high-risk мерчантами и платежными провайдерами. • Практический опыт работы с криптовалютными потоками (crypto flows, stablecoins, reconciliation крипта/фиат). • Сильный hands-on бэкграунд: готовность на первом этапе лично разбираться в деталях, писать регламенты и ставить контроль исполнения. • Опыт выстраивания систем целеполагания и метрик (KPI/OKR), умение связывать операционные показатели с P&L бизнеса. • Опыт внедрения AI-инструментов и автоматизации в операционную деятельность. • Английский язык — Upper-Intermediate / Fluent (работа с международными партнерами и командой).
