Network Facilities Sales Supervisor Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Management of cooperation and sales direction with chain retail facilities • Controlling the availability, placement and sales results of the company's products in network facilities • Managing, coordinating and monitoring the activities of merchandisers employed at network facilities • Planning and controlling work routes and schedules of merchandisers • Monitoring the fulfillment of the company's trade standards, planograms and work instructions by the merchandisers • Evaluating the results of the merchandisers' work and, if necessary, planning improvement measures • Control of product stocks, placement, deadlines and Fifo principle in network facilities • Coordination and control of trade and advertising activities • Ensuring effective communication and long-term business relations with network facilities • Monitoring and analysis of sales results and key indicators • Preparation of regular reports on the performance of sales and merchandisers • Perform other day-to-day tasks related to the position
