Content Manager in Pietra, Przno 400€/month Pietra is an intimate Mediterranean restaurant in Przno, on the Budva Riviera in Montenegro. We opened in April and are building a brand around atmosphere, quality of product, aesthetics of the location and a strong guest experience. We are currently looking for a Content Manager - a person who will take over the full cycle of working with content in a restaurant. What you will need to do: • Periodically stay in a restaurant during high season (April-October) to photograph dishes, team, service, guests with consent, kitchen, bar, atmosphere, sunsets, events and waterfront zone. Out of season this is rarely necessary. • Independently bring content from idea to publication: Reels, Stories, posts, short videos, photos, texts, covers. • Develop Instagram. • We can discuss an additional area of ​​work - the development of a partner network with hotels, villas, concierge services, dmc, wedding planners and other sources of guests. Our ideal candidate: • Has experience working as a digital marketer/content manager in restaurants/hotels/tourism or hospitality projects or other related digital marketing. • Can not only come up with content, but also film, edit and publish it himself. • Understands how digital marketing impacts bookings, leads, visits and sales. • Speaks English for texts and communication with staff. • Knows Serbian or Montenegrin, not a requirement, but it will be a significant advantage. • Physically located in Montenegro and ready to be in a restaurant during high season to film content. • Has good taste, speed and independence.
