Personal assistant Location: Prague / Karlovy Vary Field of activity: gastronomy I am looking for a personal assistant to help with the management and development of projects in the gastronomic field. Main tasks: – Maintaining analytics and statistics on the operation of objects – Monitoring the implementation of sales plans and analyzing indicators – Organization and control of audits – Monitoring compliance with quality and service standards – Preparation of reports and work with tables – Coordination of work processes and control of task completion – Carrying out current instructions from the manager Requirements: – Analytical thinking and attention to detail – Confident in Excel/Google Sheets – Organized, responsible and independent – Ability to work with large amounts of information – Experience in gastronomy will be an advantage Conditions: – Work in Prague and Karlovy Vary – Diverse tasks and opportunities for professional growth – Salary is discussed based on the interview results Please send your resume by email with the subject line “Personal Assistant”.
