Construction Project Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Supervision of the complete process of multi-apartment residential complex construction projects • Regular control of the progress and performance of construction activities • Communication with people involved in project planning • Analysis of construction drawings and construction planning • Financial control of the construction project • Supervision and control of execution of construction processes • Budget, deadlines, standard and quality control • Developing project plans and, if necessary, making changes to them • Periodic visit, inspection and inspection of the construction site • Submitting a report on the results of the project to the management Requirements: • Higher education (in the field of construction engineer/or business administration) • At least 2 years of experience working as a project manager • Ability to read architectural and construction drawings • Thorough knowledge of construction legal norms and safety standards • Knowledge of construction cost estimation • Knowledge of programs (MS Office, Archicad, Autocad) • High sense of responsibility • Organization, discipline • Orientation to the work to be done and to details • Ability to work in a team
