Construction, repair and finishing works. Supervisor Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Organization and supervision of construction, repair and paving works • Determining, planning and distributing daily work tasks to the personnel of the relevant profile • Organization of purchases required for the work to be performed • Finding, selecting and recruiting the necessary staff • Coordination with subcontractors and specialists • Timely identification of problems arising in the work process and organization of solutions • Control of the quality of the performed works and compliance with the project • Participation in accounting of materials and volumes of works • Production of technical documentation about the work performed • Control of compliance with basic labor safety requirements at the workplace • Providing information to the management about the performed works • Complying with other instructions of company managers Requirements: • 2 years of experience in a similar position • Basic knowledge of CAD programs (at the level of project reading) • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Analytical thinking ability and detail oriented • Ability to work in a team and communication skills • Ability to manage time • Good knowledge of construction materials and processes We offer: • By agreement, according to experience and qualifications
