Epsilon3 is looking for an ML Lead who will develop AI solutions for government departments and large organizations in the UAE, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan. The company's products are already used in licensing, company scoring, antitrust analysis, electricity demand forecasting and other critical systems. What to do: Develop models for forecasting, scoring, anomaly detection and AI agents. Bring models into production and scale them. Lead a small ML team: mentoring, processes, task distribution. Work directly with customers and participate in R&D. Must have: Strong Senior in ML/AI. Python, statistics, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, MLflow. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP. Systems thinking and desire to build technologies that influence decisions at the national level. The team is Russian speaking, knowledge of English is a plus. Write in private messages
