Night manager Hotel: The President Prague 5★ Location: Praha 1, center of Prague Salary: 30,000–45,000 Kč per month (depending on bonuses for Walk-in bookings and guest reviews). The five-star hotel The President Prague requires a receptionist exclusively for night shifts. Main responsibilities: - Check-in and check-out of guests (Check-in / Check-out). - Communication with guests, assistance in resolving emerging issues and problems. - Handling emails and guest requests. - Reply to messages through booking platforms. - Working with the Mews hotel system. - Perform standard night shift administrative tasks. Requirements: - Knowledge of English to communicate with guests. - Responsibility, attentiveness and independence. - Confident computer skills. - Willingness to work exclusively on night shifts. - Compliance with the dress code: black uniform (shirt provided by the hotel). Training: We will teach you everything you need on the spot. Before starting independent work, training shifts are provided with an experienced employee who will introduce you to all work processes and responsibilities. Reception experience and knowledge of the Mews system will be an advantage, but are not required. Обучение: Всему необходимому обучим на месте. Перед началом самостоятельной работы предусмотрены обучающие смены вместе с опытным сотрудником, который познакомит со всеми рабочими процессами и обязанностями.
