Hotel and Bus Reservation Operator 2500 - 4000 ₾ Duties: • Receiving questions from Chinese tourists by e-mail. Through mail, WhatsApp and other communication channels • Processing hotel and coach reservation requests, checking availability and confirming reservations • Communicating with hotels, bus suppliers and guests, sending booking confirmations and resolving booking issues • Maintaining booking records, filling out forms and producing booking statistics Requirements: • Local resident of Georgia • Excellent knowledge of Chinese is mandatory • Fluent English language • Good written and oral communication skills • Basic computer knowledge • Knowledge of Excel and online booking systems • Responsible, patient and good customer service skills • Experience in the field of tourism is an advantage We offer: • Location: Tbilisi, Georgia • Type of employment: full time
