Duties: • Answering phone calls • Telephone contact with distributors • Receiving an order from the customer and fixing it programmatically • Making outgoing calls if necessary Requirements: • Communication level knowledge of English is desirable • Knowledge of office programs (experience working in 1C is desirable) • Experience working in a similar position is desirable • Ability to work as a team • Punctuality, punctuality and attentiveness • Ability to negotiate • Communicability and organization • High sense of responsibility
