Branch Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the branch • Management and monitoring of current operational and trading processes • Planning and management of sales growth oriented processes • Work on increasing the offer of products and improving sales • Control of customer service quality and company standards • Coordination, supervision and motivation of branch personnel • Management of front processes of work with the customer • Control of the full range of products and stocks • Analysis of the performed work and reporting to the management • Ensuring a high standard of service and sales in the branch Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar managerial position in the technical field • Good knowledge of retail specifics and sales process • Ability to effectively organize team management and work processes • High sense of responsibility and result orientation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • fluent speech • Punctuality and organization • Non-confrontational • Knowledge of Georgian and English languages We offer: • Work schedule: no more than 40 hours per week • Fixed salary + bonus • Opportunity for career development • Corporate insurance • Friendly and professional working environment
