Company Lawyer 2500 - 3000 ₾ Duties: • Preparation/analysis of all types of legal documents (contract, agreement, order, statement, act, protocol, regulation, charter, bylaws, etc.) • Drafting of an administrative complaint and representation in administrative bodies • Providing legal advice and drawing up a legal opinion • Advocacy in the court of first instance • Registration of companies in the business register • Real estate registration in the public register Requirements: • Higher legal education (in the field of civil law) • At least 1 year of experience as a lawyer • Perfect knowledge of the English language • Knowledge of office computer programs We offer: • Unlimited talk time • Remuneration: 2 500 GEL (per hand)
