General Director 4000 GEL + bonus. Обязанности: • Operational management of all branches of the network and coordination of activities of branch managers • Introduction of uniform service standards and quality control • Team selection, development, evaluation and development of bonus systems • Network and branch budget planning, revenue/expense control and profitability growth • Developing and monitoring the sales plan for subscriptions and additional services • Develop strategy for customer satisfaction, retention of existing members and attraction of new customers • Search for marketing activities, sales promotion and new sources of income • Controlling training equipment maintenance, infrastructure, procurement and safety standards • Improvement of business processes and digital systems • Market and competitor analysis, management of new services, branch development and opening processes • Regular reporting with the owner/founders of the company Требования: • Higher education (preferably in business administration, management or related field) • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position, including managing a multi-branch network • Financial management - budgeting, profit and loss analysis, cost control and reporting • Knowledge of MS Office programs We offer: • Workplace: Tamar Mefi Ave. No. 7 • Working hours: full time
