Vacancy: Community Manager Company: Lagrange Labs Fork: from 2,500 to 4,000 USD Conditions: remotely, full-time, flexible schedule Responsibilities: — Management and development of the Lagrange community in Discord, Telegram and X (Twitter). — Chat moderation, user support and prompt answers to technical questions. — Organizing and conducting activities: AMA sessions, quizzes, competitions and hackathons. — Creation and adaptation of content for different communication channels (announcements, guides, digests). — Collecting feedback from the community and preparing reports for the product team. — Interaction with ambassadors and influencers to expand the reach of the project. — Monitoring sentiment in the community and preventing conflict situations. Requirements: — Experience as a Community Manager in Web3/Crypto projects from 1.5 years. — Deep understanding of crypto culture and platform specifics (Discord, Telegram). — Competent English (at least Advanced/Fluent) is the main working language. — Basic knowledge of blockchain, ZK technologies and DeFi (to answer user questions). — Copywriting skills and the ability to write engaging texts. — High level of empathy, resistance to stress and willingness to be “in touch.” Contacts: Gorskines
