Marketing Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Development of the hall's marketing strategy and monthly action plan in cooperation with the CEO • Management of daily marketing activities: planning and implementation of campaigns focused on attracting members, promoting offers and brand awareness • Preparing a content plan together with the content creator, defining clear tasks and managing the publishing calendar • Coordination of communication of social networks and protection of the uniform style and tone of the brand • Planning, running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including through Meta Ads • Managing the marketing of Cage Games, Cage Night and other events • Finding and coordinating opportunities to collaborate with partners, sponsors, influencers and relevant media • Developing initiatives to promote existing member engagement, referrals and repeat sales • Marketing budget planning and cost effectiveness control • Evaluation of campaign results and regular reporting: interested users, new members, conversion, acquisition cost and event registrations • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement Requirements: • Practical experience in marketing • Knowledge of digital marketing, social networks and paid advertising management • Experience in using Meta Ads Manager and analyzing campaign results • Ability to independently plan and implement a marketing campaign • Ability to prepare clear tasks for the content creator and evaluate content quality • Fluent written and oral communication in the Georgian language • Working knowledge of English language • Organization and time management • Analytical thinking, initiative and willingness to take responsibility for results We offer: • Experience working in sports, fitness, services or events (preferred) • Experience of cooperation with partners and sponsors (will be considered an advantage)
