Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) International IT product company Location: Belgrade, office, relocation with company support We are looking for an SRE engineer to join a team that develops and supports high-load products for large international companies, mainly in the field of online entertainment services. We will have to work with performance, fault tolerance and stability of services, develop observability and optimize the delivery of content to the end user. What to do: - Optimize content delivery: from CDN to the end user. - Work with DDoS protection, load balancing and network infrastructure. - Find and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications, proxies, CDNs and caches. - Increase the fault tolerance of services, reduce Mttr and participate in RCA. - Develop monitoring and observability tools: metrics, logs, traces, alerts. - Automate deployment, rollback and testing processes. - Analyze traffic in real time and identify anomalies. What we expect: - 2–3 years of SRE/DevOps/Performance Engineer experience. - Understanding of Http, TLS, DNS, TCP/IP, CDN and caching mechanisms. - Experience with CDN (Cloudflare, G-Core), WAF, DDoS Protection. - Knowledge of Nginx, HAProxy, L4/L7 routing. - Experience with Kubernetes, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm. - Introduction to Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ClickHouse, OpenTelemetry. - Automation skills in Bash, Python or Go. - Ability to analyze complex production incidents and find their root causes. Предстоит работать с производительностью, отказоустойчивостью и стабильностью сервисов, развивать observability и оптимизировать доставку контента до конечного пользователя.
