Head of Software and IT Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Administering, developing and ensuring continuous operation of medical programs in the clinic - WebMed and Lisi • Implementation, integration and optimization of software according to the needs of the clinic • Administration and monitoring of clinic servers, network infrastructure, routers and databases • Implementation and management of information security, data protection and backup systems (Backup & Disaster Recovery). • Ensuring proper functioning of computer hardware, workstations and network devices • Creation, administration, development and technical support of the clinic website • Implementation of new digital products and online services, including development of patient portal, online booking and other systems • Development and implementation of IT strategy in accordance with the business goals of the clinic • Managing relationships with software vendors and external IT companies • Preparation of technical documentation, management of system updates and licenses • Assessment of IT risks and planning of preventive measures • Organization of customer technical support and IT training for employees • Research of new technologies and implementation of innovative solutions to increase the effectiveness of the clinic's activities Requirements: • Higher education in information technology, computer science or related field • At least 3-5 years of IT infrastructure and software management experience • Experience in administration of servers, network systems, routers and databases • Knowledge of web development, system integration and cyber security • Project management and teamwork skills • High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking and ability to solve problems effectively • Organized • Detail oriented • Ability to think analytically • Sociable We offer: • Compensation is determined by the agreement of the parties
